nalua ("the App") is designed as a "Safe Space" for your well-being and takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how we handle data – preferably not at all.

Information We Process

nalua is an offline-first experience. The app processes only the absolute minimum data required to function:

• Local Settings: Your preferences (e.g., selected vibration intensity or visual adjustments) are stored exclusively locally on your device.
• Purchases & Donations: If you unlock features or support us (In-App Purchases), the transaction is processed entirely and securely by Google Play. We only store locally on the device that a feature has been unlocked.

No Data Storage on Our Servers

All your settings are stored exclusively locally on your smartphone. We do not collect, transmit, analyze, or store your personal information on external servers at any time. There is no tracking and no hidden analytics.

Third-Party Services

The app only uses the following basic service:

• Google Play Billing: Securely processes in-app purchases (donations/unlocks). Google processes and manages all payment information according to its own privacy policies. We (neuro / dev) never receive access to your payment or name data.

App Permissions

nalua requires permission to control your device's vibration motor (VIBRATE) to provide the core tactile function (somatic feedback). No data is read or transmitted during this process.

Your Rights

Since we do not have any data on our servers, you have full control directly on your device:

• Clear the app data via your device settings to completely remove all locally stored preferences.
• Uninstall the app at any time to delete nalua and all associated local data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top right.
